Selva Satha qualified as a Solicitor in August 1993. Successfully established the firm in November 1997. Specialises in Immigration & Nationality Law and dealing with all areas of Immigration Law including Judicial Review and up to Court of Appeal. Practicing all aspects of criminal law. He has dealt with double murder, kidnap, serious fraud, money laundering, GBH many other serious offences. Satha has a broad and in dept understanding of the legal needs and solutions for his clients. In addition, he has maintained a long established private client base for many years, most of them are referring clients to this firm in all major areas of law that is practiced.

Qualified as an Attorney at Law in Sri Lanka in 1982. She practised Civil litigation, Family law and also gained some experience in Conveyancing in Sri Lanka until 1988. She moved to France in 1989 and remained in France until 2000. She moved to England and joined this firm in September 2000 at the Immigration department.
She is able to deal with asylum and human rights case from the inception up to Immigration Appeal Tribunal under supervision. Currently deals with 50 active files and her success track record of 20% of all asylum cases of the firm in the last twelve months. She speaks fluent Tamil and French and particularly deals with some European and African national cases within the Immigration category. |

Mandeep joined the firm as a paralegal and commenced her training contract and qualified in February 2006. She specialises in criminal litigation under the franchise contract. Since her time at the firm Mandeep has conducted her own case load comprising of all Road Traffic matters, selling to underage persons, common assaults, affray, possession of drugs, offensive weapons and cloned credit cards & theft.
She has also attended to high profile cases of multi-hand indictments and where allegations have involved rape, murder, robbery & fraud. |
