Speacilises in Immigration & Nationality Law with successfull cases in Judicial Review and Court of Appeal matters. Practising in all aspects of Criminal Law with vast experiece in cases including double murder, kidnap, serious fraud, money laundering, GBH and many serious offences. Satha has a broad and dept understanding of the legal needs and solutions for his clients. In addition, he has maintained a large client base all around UK including private client.

He is the Supervisor for both Immigration and Crime and also the Criminal Contracts of the firm Very High Costs Cases panel membership.

Qualified as an Attorney at Law in Sri Lanka in 1982. Vast experience in civil litigation, family law and conveyancing in Sri Lanka. She joined this firm in September 2000 and practises Immigration and Nationality Law. She deals with asylum and human rights cases.

Amongst other ability to speak in French helps better understanding with European and African clients.

Abdul Rauf Patel

  Qualified as a solicitor in Jan' 02. He advises UK and non-UK institutions, property companies, developers and occupiers on a variety of property related matters including acquisitions of Commercial & Residential Property, Commercial Property Litigation, Residential Landlord & Tenant issues including Lease Renewals and Enfranchisement, Family Law and Immigration Law.

He is also the head of S. Satha & Co’s property group. He is fluent in the Gujrati, Urdu and Hindi.
Mandeep Karari

  Mandeep joined the firm as a paralegal and commenced her training contract and qualified in February 2006. She specialises in criminal litigation under the franchise contract. Since her time at the firm Mandeep has conducted her own case load comprising of all Road Traffic matters, selling to underage persons, common assaults, affray, possession of drugs, offensive weapons and cloned credit cards & theft.

She has also attended to high profile cases of multi-hand indictments and where allegations have involved rape, murder, robbery & fraud.

Mandeep is a Duty Solicitor for local courts and police stations.

Ayesha Patel

  Qualified as a solicitor in Apr' 06. She specialises in Civil Litigation, Commercial Property and Residential Landlord & Tenant advising corporate and non-corporate clients from a wide variety of backgrounds.

She also specialises in residential property to include enfranchisement, lease extensions, Islamic Finance, Transfer of Equity and Key-Worker schemes. She is fluent in Gujarati & Hindi.
Gayathri Yogarajah

  Gayathri qualified as a Solicitor in May 2007, having completed a substantial seat in criminal law during her training contract. She has experience in working on a wide variety of cases including charges such as Murder, GBH, Conspiracy to Supply Class A drugs and Money Laundering. In addition, she has experience of complex appeals to the Court of Appeal and Judicial Review applications.

Since joining the firm, Gayathri has been handling a varied caseload, ranging from Murder, Kidnapping and Conspiracy to Defraud matters to theft, ABH and Road Traffic offences.
