Kwarteng Amaning

Kwarteng is a specialist in Immigration Law. He was admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales in 2001 and has been a member of the Law Society’s Immigration & Asylum Level 2 (Senior Caseworker) Accreditation Scheme since 2004. He is also a qualified Lawyer in Ghana.

Kwarteng is experienced in all areas of immigration practice including Asylum and Fresh Claims, Deportation, Detention & Bail, Marriage, EEA Residence Documents, Points Based System (Tier 1 Entrepreneurs, Tier 2 Work Permit, Tier 4 Students), Indefinite Leave to Remain, Human Rights and applications outside the immigration rules, as well as British citizenship applications for adults and children.

Kwarteng also undertakes work involving preparing appeals against Home Office or Entry Clearance Officer’s decisions to the First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal and also Judicial Review claims.
