The firm is committed to deliver a seamless service with the community at heart. The firm is proud to announce that it may probably be the only firm open to public six days a week with a 24hours telephone access to the public everyday!

The firm has identified the areas of need and is prepared to offer legal services in the specialised area of Immigration, Criminal Defence Service and Conveyancing. Family and Children matters are offered as additional general services. The firm is developing a niche Debt advice category.

Disable access is available and offers the multi lingual service to the clients in house. Our firm could provided multi lingual service to clients in house in 12 foreign languages such as Tamil, Sinhalese, Malay, French, Hindi, Gujerati, Bengali, Punjabi, Urdu, Chinese, Telugu and Malayalam. Occasionally, interpreters are arranged for the range of clients of other languages receiving services from this firm.

Due to our popularity locally, particularly amongst the ethnic community, we work closely with other non profit agencies where we provide and receive referrals. Hence we receive instructions from clients from around the country mainly because our success rate in satisfying our clients. Over the last few years the firm has expanded rapidly to supply the growing demand for our specialised services. However, we are not a without difficulty, which has been identified as Public Funding which remains an issue.
