That is why we publish our rates, disbursements, estimated timescales, and fixed-fee services openly, so you know exactly what to expect from the very outset. Whatever your matter, you will always receive a clear, written cost estimate before any work begins.

VAT statement
VAT is charged at the prevailing rate.
All hourly rates and fees shown on this page are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless expressly stated otherwise. VAT is charged at the prevailing standard rate (currently 20%) on our professional fees and on certain disbursements where applicable. Your engagement letter will set out the VAT-inclusive cost in writing.

These are typical timescales. Actual durations depend on the complexity of your matter, third-party response times, and court availability.

Fixed-fee services
Some matters are offered at a fixed legal fee.
For certain matters, we are able to offer a fixed legal fee. Disbursements, VAT, and any additional work outside scope will be charged separately, and clearly set out in your engagement letter.
